Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Brian Kobylinski is a director and the Chairman of the Jason Industries Board of Directors. Mr. Kobylinski has also served as Jason’s Chief Executive Officer since December 2016. Prior to being named Chief Executive Officer, Brian Kobylinski served as President & Chief Operating Officer since April 8, 2016.
Before joining Jason, Mr. Kobylinski served as Executive Vice President, Energy Segment and China for Actuant Corporation based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During his 23 years with Actuant, Mr. Kobylinski progressed through a number of management roles, including Vice President – Industrial and Energy Segments, Vice President – Business Development and Global Business Leader – Hydratight.
Mr. Kobylinski received his masters of business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and his bachelors of art from St. Norbert College.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Chad Paris joined Jason in June 2014. He previously held roles as the company’s Vice President – Finance Finishing Americas, Vice President of Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Director of External Reporting. Prior to joining Jason, he was an audit senior manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Milwaukee serving clients in the manufacturing and financial services industries. He is a certified public accountant in Wisconsin and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Paris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and real estate and a Master of Science degree in management with a concentration in accounting, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Senior Vice President and General Manager – Acoustics
Srivas Prasad has served as Senior Vice President and General Manager – Acoustics since January 2016. He previously served as the President of the Seating segment since June 30, 2014 and served in the same position of Jason Incorporated since April 2014. Prior to serving as the President of the Seating segment, he served as Vice President – Business Development from 2011 to 2014 and held key leadership positions in Jason Incorporated’s Acoustics segment from 2006 to 2010.
Mr. Prasad holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Bangalore University and a masters in engineering from Lamar University.
Senior Vice President and General Manager – Osborn Finishing Group
Keith Walz joined Jason in March 2015. He previously held roles as the company’s Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to joining Jason, Mr. Walz was Vice President of Corporate Development at Brady Corporation, an industrial identification manufacturer, responsible for global merger, acquisitions and divestitures from 2010 through January 2015. Previously, Mr. Walz was a Founding Partner of Kinsale Capital, a private investment firm focused on control equity investments in the middle market, from 2006 through 2010. Prior to forming Kinsale, Mr. Walz served as a Managing Director at ABN ARMO Capital, a Global Private Equity firm with $2 billion in invested capital responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, and monitoring of direct equity investments.
Mr. Walz holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.
Senior Vice President and General Counsel
Kevin Kuznicki joined Jason in April 2018. Prior to Jason, his experience includes a series of domestic and international roles with Polycom, Carrier Access Corporation, and Adient plc/Johnson Controls International plc, most recently serving as VP and Deputy General Counsel of Adient, the public spin-off of the automotive business unit, managing a team in Wisconsin, Michigan, Brazil, Germany and China.
Mr. Kuznicki earned his Juris Doctorate and BA in Political Science and studies in Business from Indiana University, Bloomington. He has been admitted to practice law in Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, and Wisconsin. Mr. Kuznicki is or has been a member of the CEB Legal Leadership Council, the American Bar Association – Business Law Section, and Europe, Chicago and Colorado’s chapters of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
Vice President of Tax and Treasury
John Hengel has served as Jason Industries’ vice president of tax and treasury,and assistant secretary since June 30, 2014, and previously served as vice president of finance at Jason Incorporated since 1999. Prior to joining Jason, Mr. Hengel was a director in the audit and business advisory services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1992 to 1999.
Mr. Hengel is a certified public accountant and a member of both the American and Wisconsin Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Carroll University.
