President and Chief Executive Officer
Osborn, the world’s largest and most complete solution provider of high-quality surface treatment and finishing products, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Brian Cassady as its new Chief Executive Officer. Cassady joins Osborn after serving as President and CEO of Municipal Parking Services, Inc., a software-based parking management and violation detection systems technology company. At the helm of Osborn, Cassady will leverage his extensive manufacturing and international experience to drive the company’s plans for continued growth.
Prior to Municipal Parking Services, Cassady was chief executive officer at Fansteel, Inc., and led the turnaround of that manufacturer of complex engineered metal parts for aerospace, power generation and automotive markets. Fansteel was awarded the 2014 Turnaround of the Year Award by the Turnaround Management Association while under Cassady’s direction. Previously, Cassady was an interim executive and operating advisor for over a dozen companies throughout North America and Europe acquired by Sun Capital Partners.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Chad Paris joined Jason in June 2014. He previously held roles as the company’s Vice President – Finance Finishing Americas, Vice President of Investor Relations, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Director of External Reporting. Prior to joining Jason, he was an audit senior manager with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Milwaukee serving clients in the manufacturing and financial services industries. He is a certified public accountant in Wisconsin and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Paris earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and real estate and a Master of Science degree in management with a concentration in accounting, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Senior Vice President and General Manager — Engineered Components
Timm Fields has served as Vice President and General Manager, Seating since 2017. Fields joined Milsco in 2017 from Illinois Tool Works (ITW) where he held various leadership positions from 2008-2017, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of the firm’s North American Residential Construction business. Prior to ITW, Fields held various leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Materials, and Operations for S&S Cycle, Inc. and United Conveyor Corporation.
Mr. Fields holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Valparaiso University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Senior Vice President and General Manager – Industrial
Keith Walz joined Jason in March 2015. He previously held roles as the company’s Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to joining Jason, Mr. Walz was Vice President of Corporate Development at Brady Corporation, an industrial identification manufacturer, responsible for global merger, acquisitions and divestitures from 2010 through January 2015. Previously, Mr. Walz was a Founding Partner of Kinsale Capital, a private investment firm focused on control equity investments in the middle market, from 2006 through 2010. Prior to forming Kinsale, Mr. Walz served as a Managing Director at ABN ARMO Capital, a Global Private Equity firm with $2 billion in invested capital responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, and monitoring of direct equity investments.
Mr. Walz holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University.
