Southfield, MI, July 1, 2018 – Janesville Acoustics, a division of Jason Industries Inc. (NASDAQ:JASN and JASNW), was awarded the General Motors (GM) Supplier Quality Excellence Award for the 2017 calendar year. This is the sixth year GM Global Supplier Quality & Development presented this recognition.
Janesville Acoustics operates eight locations in North America and the Janesville de México center located in Celaya, Mexico was selected for the award.

The GM Supplier Quality Excellence Award are selected based on a set of quality performance criteria in which suppliers must show above standard performance including zero defects in parts and components. The award recognizes companies who’ve achieved the cross-functional support of the entire GM organization.
